Hubei Tianyuan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. was invested in by Huangshi Coal & Mine Group, which is located in Economic Development Area of Huangshi City, Hubei Province, (being) reputed as the origin of Chinese Mine & Metallurgy Industry. Our company is located in the north of Yangzi River, with Qinpanzhou Port to the west. In the front of our factory is Huangfu Roadway, which goes through Shanghai-Chengdu, Beijing-Zhuhai, Daqin-Guangzhou, and Hangzhou-Ruili Expressway. Our transportation is superiorly convenient.

Our company covers an area of 138,000 square meters, and we are going to construct EF, ESR, forging, rolling, deep-processing, and heat treatment workshops and technology center integrating research and development, process, and quality test. Our project will be completed in two phases, and the annual output of 40,000 tons of high alloy steel has been reached during the first phase. Upon the completion of the second phase, our company will form the production capacity for an annual output of 100,000 tons of special steel, and 10,000 tons of electro slag steel.

Four grades of steel are mainly produced such as tool & die steel, high alloy structural steel, bearing steel and heat-resistant stainless steel. The first phase of project has been completed. Our company has different specifications of steel ingots and electrode rods, as well as forging materials (square, round, flat and module). All products are available to be delivered by hot rolling, annealing and other heat-treatment processes.

Our company is fully equipped for production. We have induction furnaces and EF+LF+VOD (VD) and ESR in steel making process, and 7 tons of electro-hydraulic hammers which are the biggest forging equipment in local plants are put into operation in the first phase. We can produce 5 tons of high alloy ingots.

Our company has nearly 200 staff members, including many senior technical experts. We also have advanced production technology and analytical testing means. Our products are manufactured strictly in accordance with GB, JIS, AISI, DIN and other national and international standards, meeting customers' requirements.
